This comprehensive program targets managing changing working environments, increased levels of stress, shifting to positive mindsets, blurring of home/work boundaries, and the need for mental and physical resilience. Combining key techniques and knowledge focused on meditation, mindset, core values, resilience, emotional intelligence and positive psychology the workshops are delivered over a more extended period for increased accountability and consistency, which is key for adoption and integration.
